Log Hours with TradeSchool
The JATC will provide you with a login for TradeSchool so you can easily track your on-the-job training hours online.
With your unique TradeSchool account, you’ll be able to:
- Log OTJ hours after each shift or week
- View running totals of apprenticeship hours completed
- Enter details on work performed and skills learned
- Access from any device using mobile apps
Your hours on TradeSchool will sync with the JATC’s reporting system so we can monitor your OJT progress through the apprenticeship.
Be sure to regularly log all your training hours on your assigned TradeSchool account. It provides a simple way to record your time and keep up with program requirements.
Pay for Tools/Books
Our secure portal allows you to conveniently pay for required textbooks, toolkits, and supplies for your apprenticeship.
We utilize Stripe to securely process payments by credit/debit card or bank account.
Purchasing your books and tools through our portal ensures you get the approved items you need to succeed in the apprenticeship program.
Access the portal anytime to view available inventory. Paying online provides a quick and easy way to obtain your books and tools with just a few clicks.

Pay Dues
Pay Your Dues Online
We provide this secure portal for apprentices to easily pay their union dues online.
After creating your member profile, you can make one-time or recurring dues payments. The portal accepts major credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers.
View your payment history and upcoming dues. Set up text/email reminders to notify you when your next payment is due.
Paying online is a quick and convenient way to stay current on your dues. This helps support the work the IBEW does on behalf of members.
The portal also provides access to update your contact information, manage preferences, and review statements.
