The mission of the IBEW Local 193 Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) is to provide the electrical industry with the most highly trained and skilled workforce possible.

We aim to produce elite trade professionals by delivering comprehensive apprenticeship programs that cover all aspects of work in the electrical sector. Our evidence-based curriculum combines rigorously structured on-the-job learning with advanced theoretical classroom education.

By partnering apprentices with the best contractors and IBEW journeymen, we provide unparalleled real-world experiences under proper supervision and guidance.
