A non-refundable $25 application fee — cash, check, or money order.
Return the completed packet with transcripts, a copy of your driver's license, a copy of your birth certificate, and DD-214 if applicable.
Take the NJATC electrical aptitude test — a passing score is required to advance.

To be eligible for the NECA-IBEW 193 JATC apprenticeship program, you must meet these minimums.
You must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
High school diploma, GED equivalent, or a two-year Associate Degree or higher.
1 year of high school algebra, one post-HS algebra course, or the NJATC Online Tech Math Course.
Pass the NJATC electrical aptitude test.
Complete a physical exam prior to enrollment.
Complete a drug screening prior to official enrollment.
No prior experience required. The apprenticeship is designed to train you from the ground up.
